It was such a shock that you left us so soon. I am sorry that I wasn't aware you weren't well. I will never know exactly what or why but obviously God needed yet, another loving Angel in Heaven.
My heart skipped many beats as I rounded the driveway on this day, 8/31/2010, and I could see you from the distance on the porch very still. That wasn't my Pebbles, for as you would jump up and down until I reached you with a "smile" and said, "do you need to go potty"...I called Mark sobbing, saying Pebbles is gone and he didn't undersatnd what I truly meant through the sobs. He came to my rescue because I couldn't bare to do it alone. We chose a special spot and I will say Good Morning everyday as I leave for work and Goodnight as I look off the backporch over under the tree. The mornings and nights are so lonely and my bed is empty.Your paw prints (that I complained so often) on the hardwood floors I can't bare to polish becuase I want to forever see your footprints:-) Please forgive me for not knowing you obviously had a heart condition.
I will hold that special place in my heart forever. Landon is heartbroken too, for it was his 8th birthday and just that morning we said to you, "your birthday is next, Oct.4th. RIP Pebbles, Oct 2002- Aug 2010
