Just went yesterday to put my deposit down on my GSD puppy! I'm so excited, I get to pick him up next week! Waiting is killing me! I've been going through dogster just looking at all the GSD puppies and thinking about when I will bring mine home =). If anyone has any pictures of their pups I'd love to see them ! Still trying to decide on a name as well. So far I've narrowed it down to Kahn, and Alec. I think I'm leaning towards Kahn because it means prince (and this puppy is going to be spoiled like a little prince!) but I also like Alec because it means protector of men =).
Awwwwww! GSDs are so noble... but they can be plain nutty sometimes. XD
I suggest Kahn for his name. Or, a different variation- Koehn. It's pronounced "cane."
Welcome to TP! Ignore the "trolls," or people here to cause trouble. Mafiaprincess and I are the unofficial "troll-busters," so leave it to us. ^^
Some of us are a little touchy on some subjects, so as long as you have your points made and don't sugar coat or contradict anything you say, you'll fit right in! Welcome again and I hope you visit often!

Hello Guardian and Rebecca and any others who are getting new pups and wondering what to name them. I say...do a search on pet names. And write down a list of ones that you like. Even a little...Then when you have that little baby in your arms. The right name will just come. It has always done it for me. And if my hubby and I are traveling to get a pup. We play the name game. We bounce names off each other. How about this. How about that...makes the time go by and we get to hear how names sound out loud...keep in mind that short syllable names are easier on pups. I say have fun...
