my malinois was a chewer. how old is the yorkie? also, you may have to confine the dog when you are not able to watch him. and keep him in your field of vision when you cannot watch him. even keep him leashed till you get this under control.
Use the bitter apple spray. Or if he is still a puppy, consider crate training him. Get him a kennel put some chew toys in there, and that way he wont be able to chew things when you cant watch him. As for him biting your hands, when he does this, give him a firm "NO!" and get up and walk away from him. Eventually he will figure out that when he bites, he loses your attention. If that doesnt work, try to replace your hand with a chew toy. That's what I had to do with my boxer. Everytime she went to bite me, id say "NO!" and then put a chew toy in her mouth, when she would start to chew it id say "good girl" and give her lots of praise. Hope this helps! Good luck.
I really know how you are feeling. Our 4 spoo pups (almost 12 weeks old) are doing the same. Furniture, telephone books and deck. We have been using vinegar and water in a spray bottle. It really has helped. How old is Bozley?
