Charles H. Jones is advertising his puppies all over websites. I bought puppy number 4 and payed $150.00 of deposit to have the puppy a month ago. I called him and asked for a picture of the puppy he said I will send a picture and hang up the phone. Then he emailed me and said I cancelled your order and sent today back your deposit. He has not sent me my money back. So I called him today by restricted number and I said it was Guillermo Rivas from Miami and he hang up. He says he is selling puppy number since a month ago. So obviously hes taking deposits from many other people and cancelling thier orders and not send back the deposit. I want TerrificPets to please take off his advertisement of his puppies because all he is doing is stealing people's money. I am e-mailing all the sites he has posted his puppies. Charles H. Jones stole my money. Please also respond to my e-mai. He is using this site which is a great site to sell puppies to steal other people's money.
I deleted one of the duplicate posts and I think Icy took care of the others.
We understand how upset you must be. It is also kind of you to warn others.
Please bear in mind that it may take a while before your post is replied to. Please don't start additional threads on hte same subject because you haven't received a quick reply. It may take time, but you WILL get responses.
I'd like to also let you know, as the rules above state, please take your caps lock off when posting~ Thanks.
I hope some of the posters will be able to offer you some helpful suggestions.
Thank you and I am sorry about that. I just don't want people to get thier money stolen. Please delete his account he is a terrible person. He never responds to my e-mails. I called him from my cellphone never picked up. Then from restricted and he did and hanged up after he knew it was me. He stole $150 dollars from me and is not going to pay me back apparently.
If you look at the bottoom of the screen, you will see a "contact us" link for the TP administration. Please send them the information as the forum mods have no cotrol over the ads placed in the advertising section of TP.
On the subject line, you might want to write, "Urgent, Scammer listing false sales on Terrific Pets". Just a suggestion, but it should catch their attention.
I am so sorry you have had this happen to you. DO you know where (state) he is located? Have you contacted the BBB?
There is also the option of contacting the FBI for fardulent inter-net sales. They DO invistigate, I received a refund for merchandise I ordered, paid for and never received. I'd say about 2 weeks after I contacted them, it was resolved.
