Dali went through a stage when she was just a little bit racist, I am not sure how it happened cause we have friends of various minorities that frequently visit the house, but one day she just started barking at anyone of African-American descent which is terrible cause she is half black, haha!! She has since overcome her discriminatory ways and is now an equal opportunity lover :D
Muz once stole an acorn from a squirrel, it was her most prized posesion, she had a special corner when she hid it and she would go and get it sometimes, carry it around, play with it then put it back. Then oneday, I took it and threw it out because i was affraid she would choke on it. To this very day she still goes and sits, stairing at that corner and barking at it and me begging for that nut back :(
Kiwi Bird is a hater of toes. She goes bananas when she sees feet and will attack your toes, it is like she doesnt realize that they are attached to you and they are forign objects that are VERY dangerous!! Silly Parrot.
Pi is a fake. She is not *really* a horse, she is golden lab trapped in a horses body. She is the sweetest most lovely creature known to man and is as even and loving as the most loyal of family pets ;) But shhh, dont tell her little secret- dogs are not allowed to compete in the horse shows.

I had to get Call Notes because of my poodles and my mother.
I had two standard poodles and they loved "talking on the phone." I had friends and relatives who would talk to the dogs, say their names and tell them good night, etc. I know it sounds looney, but if you knew my family...
Well, my mother would call me and the answering maching would pick up and she'd do this whole song and dance about how I was screening my calls and would I please pick up, just talking into the answering machine until the time was up. It drove me batty.
The dogs must have decided that she was talking to them because as soon as they heard her voice on the answering machine, they would knock the phone off the hook and sniff loudly into the receiver. My mother would laugh at them and try to talk to them!
Then the dogs started "answering" all of my calls! When the phone was off the hook, of course no one else could get through or leave a message. What a mess!
So I got Call Notes. I think the dogs missed "talking" to my mother.
Ginger my Beagle loves Ice. If she outside and hears me get ice from the icemaker on the refrigerater she knocks at the door for me to let her in and runs straight to the refrigerater and waits for me to give her some.
We also have a big pail we put beer in with ice. It's on the floor outside. She takes one ice cube at a time till she gets everyone or you catch her and move it higher.
Stacy my shepard mix howls and growls at me and my husband if we are late coming home from work. It kinda sounds like she's talking. We tell her to stop and she does it again till I tell her not to talk back to me. Then she make a little growl and walks away. It's just like having a kid talking back needing to have the last word.
