Gosh, maybe you should be glad he's not interested in sleeping with you. I've got a 20lb Boston who climbs into bed with me during the night and by the morning he's laying cross ways the bed, snoring and very comfortable and I'm huddled to one corner, cold, with no blankets!
Ha ha! Feel lucky that your dog doesn't want to sleep with you. Both my Newfs think that our bed is thiers, too! Try to sleep with a 135lb. male and a 120lb. female, along with a DH! Sometimes they will be "polite" and sleep on the floor, but usually it's in bed with us!
Our last two Newfies slept with us in the middle of the bed, till we realised that both of us were hanging on to the edge of the bed for dear life! lol With these two, they can sleep on the couch or anywhere they please, EXCEPT for our bed. rofl!!
