So typical. Loving Pit Bull with a baby. Cats just have attitudes! My cats are way meaner than my Pits, they bully them around. Steal their beds, their food, attack them when they get in a bad mood or if the dog looks at them wrong. I've noticed that unlike dogs, cats are a bit more bossy. This includes to other animals and people. My cats love me most when they are hungry, after that its see ya.
Doesn't seeing something like that just make you that much more furious about what people have done to these dogs. There was a six yr. old killed this week by the family pit, but in the article it also mentioned a woman, which I am not sure if it was the mother of the child, had at one time been seen hitting the dog with a shovel. As horrible of a thing as it was for a child to lose their life, it makes me wonder how this dog was treated. Could be the blame lays somewhere else than just the dog. A later article talked about how much the dog was loved and they had raised it since it was 4wks. old. Soooo sad.
That is horrible. I'm sure it probably wasn't properly trained and abused if there was actual witness. I get so tired of the bull, we loved our dog and always treated it well. We never thought it would bite anyone, he never showed any type of aggression until now. They straight out lie without thinking twice I'm sure.
"they had raised it since it was 4wks. old. Soooo sad."
WTH were they doing with a 4wk old puppy? Was there a good reason for this? That is too young to get a puppy. I see a lot of pups seperated too young that usually become dominance aggressive. Not always the case but I've observed it several times. The only reason to have a pup that young would be if it were orphaned and littermates died, ect. Single pups are very hard to raise right. They take a lot of time.
