I also feed California Natural. I give it to my cats, and my puppy. I love it, it has all natural ingredients, no by products and no corn. My puppy was itching when I got her, and after week of eating this food, she was no longer scratching, and her coat is softer and has alot more shine to it. Not to mention they love it and eat it like crazy. I think it is a great quality food at a good price!
Where do you get California Natural? I am currently feeding Canidae..However, Max can clear the house with his gas. I am dead serious. He seems to do really well on a new food and then, after a while, her gets gassy again. I wold like to try the California Natural.
I'm lucky enough to have a feed store close to me that sells it, but if you cannot find it local, you can go to California Natural's website and they will give you a list of retailers in your area that sell it. I can also PM you a good website that sells it if you want to pay the shipping. I pay around $30 for a 15 lb bag locally.
I change up sometimes and feed Innovia and Royal Canine. When I feed them wet food I give them either Innovia or Natural's Balance. They do really well on these. I was feeding Welliness and heard some bad things about it recently.
My 10 year old Lab eats Fromm Family's Senior Gold and my 19 week old Pembroke eats Fromm Family's Puppy Gold. They do very well on it! No by-products and no corn and it has three sources of protien! We feed less in the long run and the really plus side of it is...we are picking up less dukie!!
