Shelties, thanks for your support but I am fine. I do appreciate your efforts, but it's alright. Thanks!
I am not ignoring what you (LOR) are saying at all. I have never been the type to argue with anyone. You do not know me, so therefore you wouldn't know. I will take what each of you had to say into consideration. And I do mean that. I just believe replies could be said differently but still have the main point in them. That's all. Thanks again...
shelties you should do some research into ethical breeding practices before accusing people of just jumping on someone for no reason. These are heartfelt responses that people take the time to write out, trying to help educate and make others aware.
Breeding is much more then people think it is. And it certainly isn't for everyone. You have to study up on it and learn as much as you can about where these pups came from, DNA and such. Have the proper testing done when they come of age (does anyone even know if these dogs are old enough to be tested?) Breeding dogs, and having a few acquaintances homes lined up for them because people think your dogs are cute....is not good breeding.
This is why show dogs are unaltered. With a dog that is a great of a specimen of the breed, you WANT to pass all of those desirable qualities and genetic attributes on...

I could use breeding advice??? I'm not the one breeding my dog. I'm not going to thats why my dog is fixed. And no pope, I am not ignorant or stupid or any thing like that. I'm sorry I'm not perfect. No one is.
It seems to be that you so called senior people know all about dogs .But do you know when to shut your big mouths. He asked in a very nice why to please keep you neg comments to yourselve how do you know if he is uneducated.you dont he breed his dogs big deal it is his dog not yours. He paid for it and he can do what he wants with them. I love my dogs as much as most people but they are dogs not people and some people on her treat dogs better than humans no wander you have all day to put negative comments on here trying to make someone look like a BYB .
Here is a quote, just for shelties (cause I know it is a personal fav) and moneymakers ;) "It seems to be that you so called senior people know all about dogs .But do you know when to shut your big mouths."
Why thank you first and foremost! But, like I said.. we don't know everything. Although, we do try and absorb as much information (better yet learn from it) and apply the knowledge we gain accordingly. It would be foolish to make the same mistake someone else has when you know better, wouldn't you agree?
As for the second part, it seems as though some Junior members need to learn when to shut their big mouth until they can piece together and post an entire, intelligent thought ;)
Time and time again, you people prove my points for me! Thank you.
Well, I really enjoyed the pictures and I also look forward to seeing pictures of the puppies when they're born.
And to some of the senior members who are flaming this guy, I'm just curious as to what you feel you're accomplishing here by responding in such a manner to someone who obviously has a lot of love and enthusiasm for his experience.
I mean, it seems to me that the people who should be the targets of your verbal attacks wouldn't care enough to even post on these forums to begin with. Isn't there somewhere you can go where your messages will actually reach those who are deserving of your anger?
I'm new here but I've read thread after thread with jabs and flames and negativity, and I feel that sometimes anger is misdirected and in the end it resembles more of an inability to communicate effectively than it does an attempt to solve a problem.
The rules say "NO Breeder/Breeding Bashing, right?
Just my 2 cents. If it's the dirty evil breeders and puppy mills you're after then fine, but you won't find those people here--and this guy doesn't qualify as one in my eyes.
To the original poster, please be sure to post pictures, I can't wait to see them.
Eddy, what WAS your reason for not health testing? You sound as if you knew it exsisted, but still didn't test.
A few simple tests could help those babies live a healthier life, why would someone NOT do it, if they really cared about the pups?
*edited to add* Lorrix, you WILL find those people here. How long have you been here? If you stick around for a bit, I'm sure you would change your opinion on that. Puppymillers AND backyard breeders do come here.
