my doggy knows the words go potty, ball, bone. I think her favorite word that she loves to hear me say is bone. LOL THen she gets all excited and runs to the cabinet so I can get a treat out for her, a lot of times she gets really excited so she starts spinning around like a maniack and then when I open the cabinet she climbs in their LOL
I have had her for six years she is very easy to train and eager to learn new tricks I think it is her breed cause poodles are spose to be easy to train. She also gets treats for learning new tricks and doing a bunch of tricks. She gets really excited.lol
If angel likes to jump and you don't have the hoola hoop right now maybe you could set up a jumping bar type thing, maybe use two stools or two chairs (if that isn't too high for Angel) and rest a broom handle between them and have her jump over it. You could start out with it being pretty low and then raise it a little at a time. You want to use a lightweight handle or rod so if she should hit it she won't hurt herself. cody is a bichon frise/westie mix. He loves treats too and he works real cheap, he will do anything for a cheerios :)

cheeriosLOL!!! I should try giveing my dog cheerios to see if she would like themLOL Yeah will try jumoing w/ chairs and poles she can jump really high about a foot and a half She is a miny poodle so I don't know if she could jump higher I don't wanna risk it cause the puppy litter she was born in all the pups had back leg issues they get disjointed. I have never noticed this on her but I definetly wanna be careful. Well thanks. Do you happen to know where I could get a dog obstacle course w/ jumps funnels and those little arches that they walk up and down on? My poodle would really enjoy it and I wanna compete in a competition w/ her someday I know she could do very wel=)
I don't know where you live but do you have PetSmart, or Petco around you? I know I have seen them at PetSmart and I don't think they were very expensive either. perhaps you could google and find some. I just googled Aqility equipment and several links came up. Don't know about pricing though. Good luck :)

that's all she can do! I love to teach her new tricks but I can't think of anymore to teach her. if you guys have any new tricks that aren't on this list then tell me and tell me how to teach her.
my dog,"Odie" already knows:Sit,stay, lay down, sneak up on the toy, stay where you are, dance, give me a kiss, give me a hug, beg(I think that one comes naturly!)and he know a little of shake, and we are currently working on...Talk,give me five, and jump!!!!!

I do not own a dog but I train my grandparents dog...in 1 weekend I taught her sit and now every time i walk up to her she immediatley sits...She is a 2 year old Austrailian Shepherd...very smart little girl!! I am now training down and then I would like to train her in agility

Our little 11 weeks old Aussi Blue Healer (named Koda) has learned sit, stay, off, down and speak, he is in the process of learning to give five and to count. He is my first dog that I have ever had and the first family dog the my husband my self and our children have had.. He has a wonderful personality and is so smart, I cant wait to think up some more things to teach him!
