You're going to find that breeding mixed/hybrids/mutts is not something that's well received here, because everyone here knows that there are already enough mutts already being put to sleep in shelters every day that any fool can go get for practically free.
If you're here for friendly advice, you might not be too happy with what you find.
My personal opinion is that I feel it's irresponsible to breed mutts and slap big price tags on them with designer foo fooey names while our shelters are over-run with homeless mixed breeds that are going to be put to death, including pug/beagle mixes.
What I do hate is the lack of responsibility behind mixed breeding. I mean, some people breed pure breds for preservation of the breed, but with mixed breeds, the only motivation I would see is making money, and that's kind of sad to me when there are so many homeless pets on death row as it is.
whats the difference in mixed breed breeding and full breed breeding? besides we dont want to start a puppy mill we just love our puggle and want a couple more of them and want to know the best way to have a litter of them and not pay a fortune to have a family of them. we support shelter rescues. we have adopted there in the past. We love pure breeds and mixed. I find it mean and hurtfull to be ridiculed for loving our puppie becuase of his mix. I am not into the whole pet store either.
MOPARPUGGLE - Question??? If you fail to heed everyone's advice here and do go ahead and breed your mutt, what will you do with the ones that don't come out looking like a "puggle?" If you hadn't considered that you may not get what you want then you need hold off. Best advice I can give you is to spay/neuter your dog.
by the way - I love my pug/beagle mix too but that's not what we're talking about here.

By all means, their cute. But they have no purpose in instinct like hunting/agility/tracking/swimming/ ect. Its a waste of breeding and most will likely to end up in the shelters. No one here is trying to be a D*** but we all just dont want to see puppys ending up homelessly and being priced at higher prices then the pedigrees.
And its cool to love you puggle. Being a mix has no difference on the love you give to your pup, BUT like the post above... They might not all be gaurunteed to look like a puggle, its a mix. When you breed a pedigree that all come out looking like the sire/dam and like the breed should look. But the puggle could look almost pure beagle with a pudge face.. or a pug body with long ears and tail. Its never to sure with mutts.

the best way to have more of them is to adopt from a shelter. i have seen pug rescues that have them too. sorry, a way to have them without paying a ton of money smacks of someone who should *not* be breeding at all. breeding costs money, bottom line. and pugs are well known for having difficult deliveries, often needing c-sections. puggles are half pug. best advice is don't do it. adopt.

we probably won't breed our puggles anyways, we just wanted to know if they did have puppies. if they would be okay. didn't want to start a war! I am not into selling our children. we have checked shelters. we also love pure breeds like boxers and labs.
